The phone rates for all of the countries can be found on our international calling rates page. There you can also find out the rates when calling cell phones or different areas in that country.

Is there a fee for this service?

There is no monthly fee for any of our long distance phone service plans.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. The amount of minutes you use is the amount of minutes you will be billed at the same rate for every minute used.

Is there a calling period for these rates?

Unlike some cell phone services, there are no special calling periods; the rate is the same 24/7 so you can call overseas whenever you want. These are fixed rates with no contract.

Will I receive a bill?

Yes. You will receive a monthly bill for your long distance service. You can choose to receive a bill through regular mail or through email, which is recommended as we are eco friendly.

What are my payment options?

You can pay your bill by check, money order or a credit card.

How can I order long distance service?

You can order the service by filling out our short form on our start now page. After that, you will receive a phone call at your desired time from our representative and will go through a few questions and your services. After that you will be set to make international or state to state calls.

Is filling out the form necessary?

No, it is not necessary to fill out the form, but it does have two fields for coupon codes where you can receive first 60 minutes free and a $20 referral credit. If not, you can call, just see our contact page.

Do I have to switch from my current long distance company?

Yes, switching from your current provider is easy and won't take too long.

You can start using your service after you sign up and go through information with one of our representatives.

What do I do if I want to sign up additional lines or if I want to change my name, address, telephone number or local telephone company?

Please call us! Not only that we will ensure that your local company doesn't switch you to a plan you didn't request (which usually costs more), but also we will keep the up-to-date info of your account. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to call us and let us know of any change in your address, telephone numbers and local telephone companies.

What is the difference between interstate and intrastate rate?

Interstate rate applies to calls between two different US states. Intrastate rate applies to calls within a state. For example, if you call from Miami, FL, and your friend answers in Orlando, FL, the intrastate rate applies. If the same person calls a friend in New York, NY, the interstate rate applies.
